Capital Access Group is an independent specialist investor relations advisory business that connects quoted and private companies with new and existing investors, primarily private client fund managers, smaller institutions and regional pension funds.
We do this by targeting, meeting and talking to investors.

Capital Access offers a bespoke, MiFID II compliant programme connecting companies with an additional pool of capital - private client fund managers, smaller institutions and regional pension funds.
Our Corporate Access programme is augmented with full, attributed feedback collected for every meeting, as well as "Market Pulses" - on the day feedback after results or other important company announcements.
INVESTOR TARGETING
Investor preferences and appetites evolve, and, through our regular contact with investors, so does our understanding.
All meetings organised by the Corporate Access programme are highly targeted to ensure the best use of investor and management time.
Analysis of shareholder movements is also undertaken to track the effectiveness of the programme and to understand wider register changes.

INVESTOR PERCEPTION SURVEYS
We believe that before deciding on the key points in a company’s investor engagement programme it is crucial to understand exactly how the company is perceived by ‘the market’. A carefully crafted investor perception survey can reveal what investors think about the company and what their concerns are.
